The Andover Inn is a New England country inn registered with the National Register of Historic Inns and located about 25 miles north of Boston on the 500-acre campus of Phillips Academy, one of the oldest private secondary boarding schools in the United States.

Built in 1930, The Andover Inn offers 30 newly renovated guest room accommodations, three private function rooms, and an elegant 100-seat dining room. A stylish tent capable of seating 175 people can be set up in our outside garden for formal events from May thru October.

The Inn’s elegant ambiance and secluded setting create the perfect venue for memorable weddings, parties, and celebrations or as a special destination for a leisure getaway. With easy access to major highways 1-495 and I-93, The Andover Inn is ideally located in Andover, Massachusetts and just 30 minutes from downtown Boston.

For elegant dining or a casual bite to eat visit the inn's signature restaurant, Samuel's.  As featured in the Boston Globe's dining out section by Kathleen Pierce, "After a 15-month shutdown, both the inn and its restaurant have been updated from stem to stern. Gone is the stodgy, gentleman’s club air of the past in favor of a more refined, if austere, establishment, with lots of deep blues, browns, and frosted glass, and overseen by an attentive staff....Sunday brunch featuring a beautifully arranged buffet overflowing with croissants, muffins, and bagels gives way to platters of shrimp cocktail, melons and berries, and smoked salmon. Plates of rice and quinoa salad with feta and tomatoes, and couscous with roasted red pepper pesto and zucchini are as tasty as they appear. Tomato and mozzarella salad and roasted asparagus were the nourishing start we needed.
